Subject	Need help fuel pump question

Message	So i just did a tt swap and before the swap my car was starting with the na motor in it, and the fuel pump was working properly. After the swap, for some reason when i turn the key to the on position, instead of hearing the fuel pump whine, i hear a clicking noise which sounds like its coming from 2 feet behind the passenger seat. The motor wants to start but is getting no fuel. I took off the fuel line that goes from the fuel filter to the fuel hard lines on top of the motor, and its completely dry inside. I have changed nothing from the time it ran before, and all the wiring is still hooked up. Any ideas?
